“Our house needed a new roof because ours was 15 yrs old and shingles were flying off every winter from the wind. We were tied of replacing them and went on the hunt for a roofer. Beyond Roofing LLC had good reviews and we had them and two others come out and bid. Dan, the owner was able to come out and give us a quote the same day. He offered a comparable price for the same materials as the other two. He was on top of communicating with us and letting us know where we were at in our process and what to expect. Our HOA took a while to approve us, but things happen at the right time for the right reason.I got up on the roof this morning and it looks great! No complaints here. The crew cleaned up as well and were super fast. They had it off and reshingled in one day. The whole team is pretty amazing ? Thank you!

“After the big hail storms in June 2023, we worked with LR to complete a new roof installation and repaint the entire exterior of our home in Evergreen. The entire team at LR was a pleasure to work with. Adam was my main point of contact and he was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all questions and concerns I had. He set clear expectations and was reassuring throughout the entire process. The public adjusters, Zach and Jeff from Reserve Capital, were great dealing with our insurance company on our behalf. Our insurance company did everything they could to prolong the process and Zach/Jeff continued to fight for us until we got the outcome we wanted. When it came to getting the work done, LR was responsive and got the crews out to our home quickly. They seem to subcontract high quality teams and the roof and exterior paint job looks amazing. “I recently hired Vivax Pros to repair and paint the outside of my home. We were approaching the end of the painting season here in Colorado and the team was able to complete the project very quickly without sacrificing on the quality of the work. “June 2023 update. Tornado touched down about 1/4 mile from our house. Neighbor recorded winds exceeding 100mph. No wind damage to siding or windows. Scott has great installers!Great experience working with Scott at Colorado Window and siding. We replaced all the siding and windows in our house. Scott spent all the time with us we needed. Showed us a lot of window options and helped narrow down the choice to a quality window that looked and worked great and met our budget. There are a lot of window options out there and it can be overwhelming trying to compare one to the other. Scott helped us make the right decision for us. The crews were great to work with, respectful of our house and property, arrived when they said they would and asked questions about anything that came up. The quality of their work was fantastic. “As far as a recommendation I would recommend this company.We had this done a few weeks ago (roofing, gutters, painting and deck staining); however I could not write this review in a more timely manner due to a medical emergency. As far as a recommendation, yes would recommend this company. Nevertheless, regardless of the recommendation two points must be addressed, the owner of the company should correct his demeanor in response to questions regarding payment, whether the questions were valid or not, and refrain from making comments regarding family members, if that is done then I think his company in the future will do well. “Ken went the extra mile in helping me find the perfect replacement windows and patio door. All are high quality and I am thrilled with our new windows and door! I really had my heart set on a large garden window for our dining room (not a bay window!) and Ken was the only person who was willing to spend the time to make that happen. On top of that, he beat all of the competitors' pricing! His installation crew (Marty and son) were right on time, quick and did a beautiful job. Replacing doors and windows for a 100 year old house is no easy task and a 4x6 garden window in an out-of-square opening was quite the challenge!
