Not only was Alex the technician who came out to assess our leak initially, but he was with us the entire project, from signing, answering tons of questions, helping with our insurance, being on the job site multiple times throughout the work, and final inspection. After final inspection he came back to install one vent that was missed on the garage. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy at the end.This company was also well priced, (we got a few quotes). The only hiccup we had was a trailer getting delivered without advance warning.The roof looks amazing and it was a great experience throughout!
