We haven't done any work yet with Premier but the service level I have already received by Premier has been EXCELLENT! I cannot tell you how polite, professional and caring Premier team is. This will be the service I will use when we do decide to change out our furnaces. Thank you Premier especially Adam and Dan for going the extra extra mile!

Update: Premier did a great job resolving the experience we had - Nikki was proactive and attentive in reaching out to resolve the issue, and had two of the best techs out to service our machine in less than a week. Thanks Daniel, Spencer, and Nikki at Premier for going the extra mile to restore our trust in your services!!—-We've given Premier several chances to impress us with the quality of service we received when we initially got our furnace installed from them... the rating speaks for itself.At the time of the initial install, a filter was placed at the base of our furnace. Based on how air was routed through the unit, air wasn't passing through the filter before...read full review

They installed our hvac four years ago. We have a maintenance plan with them as well. They’ve always served us well. They’ve had to come in an emergency as a fuse blew out in winter. They were able to come with in two hours and replace the blown out fuse and restore heating.I have nothing but good things to say about the service.
