Even though it had been five years since Mark had assisted us with procuring the sofa, I reached out to him for assistance. He delved right into helping get the issue resolved and kept at it with the manufacturer until we were able to acquire the appropriate part. The part arrived, was installed, and our sofa's functionality was restored. Mark's involvement made the difference. He persevered and was happy to do so.
