For the last 12 months of a long remodel, I've been working with Alicia and she's amazing. Very responsive, provides great solutions, and helps all the way through the invoicing and delivery processes. She coordinated samples, too. (I really like the Karndean LVT we chose from there.)I look forward to working with Alicia and Floors by Remo on future remodels!

Alicia took care of me. The floors are of high quality and extremely reasonably priced. I had difficulty with doing the flooring and she gave me a couple of options. She recommended CJ Floors and they were great!

I have worked with Remo and his team for several years now- they are absolutely the BEST in the industry when it comes to all your flooring needs! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and are excellent at finding options that keep clients in budget. Their customer service is some of the best I have seen- couldn't recommend this company enough!
