I actually didn't use Josh but wish I had!! Unfortunately, I had a small backsplash installed by another person and it is most likely going to be a complete demo at some point. I called Josh and he gave me advice on what I could possibly do to try and salvage what was done. Very soon I'm going to get my laminated kitchen cupboards repainted and Josh is the only person I trust to do it. Don't make the mistake I did; if you want it done right the first time, I highly recommend Construction With Perks!!

Josh has worked for me for many years. From building a beautiful screened in porch off my house, to siding my house, installing garage doors and hardwood floors as well as restoring rooms in my house, his work is top quality. He kept me abreast of needed changes due to the age of my home. I was very sad when he left the area. He has been extremely hard to replace.

Needed a 14 x19 living room painted, Josh got the paint color we needed less exspenceive that I could at HD, and job was done in 2 days(2 coats total) in less time than quoted. I highly recommend Josh a real great 1 man show. He does more than just paint
