When my homeowner's insurance suddenly dropped me because my roof needed repair, I first thought I could repair it myself. When buying the shingles, there was a discussion about filing a claim, which I ended up doing. When I returned the shingles, I was given the names of 3 local companies. Bros was the first to return my phone call (another never did), and we made an appointment for an inspection right away. After Jakeob came out, there was no question that I needed another estimate. I am an out of state property owner/landlord, so finding a roofing company to do the work is a challenge. Bros Roofing came in with a lower cost estimate than another company. They originally gave me a time when they would do the work. As it turned out they had a work cancellation (unknown reason) so they rescheduled my job. The reroofing of my property was done about 6 weeks earlier as a result.Coordination of material selection and work schedule was done entirely by phone and email.
