Advertised as permanent laser but they use IPL that didn't give very good results. I still have a package there I purchased last year but they didn't show up for an appointment I had and never answered or returned my calls

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today at BBB.org. I have tried calling the Grand Junction Bodybrite numerous times. I have tried contacting Bodybrite USA several times. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. Please see my full BBB complaint on Facebook and google.

This place is a JOKE! I signed up 9 months ago for their monthly membership. Twice I have gone to my appointment and no one is there. No one will return my phone call, but they will gladly take my money every month. Extremely unprofessional and my results have been minimal. I am reporting them to the BBB for theft and breach of contract. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
