I saw dr Paul last week and had a wonderful experience! I have had some not so great medical experiences in the past, so anything medical makes me very anxious. The front desk was very kind and patient with me, and once it was time for my procedure, dr Paul and her assistant instantly calmed me and made me feel safe and cared for! Highly recommend!
They saw me quickly, after I pled urgency. The Dr I saw was not empathic to my painful condition and told me to endure until my condition worsened. The volume the Dr talked to me increased my anxiety. I am Not hard of hearing. The rest of the staff was friendly and the facility was pleasing. I will request an appointment with another Dr.
Going to the dermatologist can be a chore. Mountain West is well run, and has an efficient front desk. Rare, right? Every time I go, waiting time is at a minimum. Dr. Paul is friendly, and is thorough. When she has to do a biopsy, results come back super quickly, and they do so with a phone call, not an impersonal message. I'm very happy to be a patient here.
