They emptied my belongings into a nearby storage facility and tore out the damaged flooring, Sheetrock and insulation in the first week or so. I returned to a second home in Missouri and when Colton and his crew were through mitigating the disaster everything was turned over to Jonnie. Since then the entire process has been excellent. All of the workers that were assigned to the tasks at hand were pleasant to deal with. I was kept informed of the completion of each stage and have been pleased with all of the work.
