“They did a great job troubleshooting my issue but were unable to correct it because it was electrical in nature. The tech (Aaron) was great but the diagnosis fee was incredibly high. I had to pay almost $300 for what amounted to a ten minute diagnosis and “sorry, we can’t fix it, call an electrician”. I still recommend these guys as they responded really quickly, but you will pay top dollar for their service“
