“Great customer service! Noah Morton was a project manager and saw the project through until the end. There were a couple moments when he was difficult to reach, but he came through in the end to get everything in place. Even getting our homeowners claim successfully paid! We had an issue with the company delivering the roofing materials - they pulled into our concrete driveway and caused splitting and cracking. They covered the damage and we are getting the pad replaced next week. So a bit frustrating in some areas, but it is a big project. Lots of coordinating and a huge undertaking replacing the roof. Would definitely recommend this company! Just note that they outsource all their work to third parties, so it is not actually them doing the roof repairs. But the folks who did come were professional and did a very thorough job cleaning up.“
