Alan is confused...We gave him a free inspection before he purchased the home and we offered him the opportunity to purchase a roof certification and he refused it. Usually the buyer or seller purchases the cert before closing, this did not happen. The only information in his file was that we gave Alan a free inspection on the home that he was purchasing. We requested that Alan produce any documentation given to him to back up this claim about us and he had nothing. Karl & Lynne Burgeson Agape Construction & Roofing
