He is upfront and honest and wants to get his customers the best product he can and wants to make sure your insurance company pays their fare share. I have worked with him to get my roof replaced from hail damage for quite a while. Finally it came down to having two appraisers meet and battle it out. Vic’s knowledge about roof damage was amazing and finally my insurance company agreed to cover my hail damaged roofs. Marie and Barb in the office are great at organizing everything and answering questions. Rick the gutter guy did an excellent job fixing my sagging gutters and installing new where needed. The crew that installed my roof was very fast and had two separate large roofs done in a day. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up so good you’d never know they were here. I cannot say enough good stuff about the All-Phase team.
