Vicky made the process simple and painless. Her knowledge of the insurance system left me with little to do or worry about. She dealt directly with the adjuster, which was very helpful as nothing ever goes smoothly. She negotiated changes directly with the adjuster. In the end all I had to do was make the payment. The hailstorm in June 2022 damaged our siding, roof and gutters. After contacting the insurance company, we called Vicky LaPlante to schedule her crews to come to our rescue.Vicky handled all the insurance coordination as well as managing the crews repairing the roof, gutters and the siding.
