The Laundry Basket

I've been to this laundromat almost weekly for the past couple of years. I really like this laundromat as it is always clean even when they are super busy. All of the workers are incredibly polite and helpful. The owner is really laid-back and Incredibly generous. I had put my clothes in a dryer and was trying to pay that there was something weird with the payment system and when I went to ask for help he gave me a half an hour of free dry time just for the frustrations. They really do try to do everything in their ability to make things right if the customer is not satisfied.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! ALWAYS CLEAN... however, some of the washers do NOT add enough water to actually clean the clothes. I went last night to do a load in the triple washer. There wasn't enough water to make suds happen. This morning, I put on something I washed, and after wearing it a few mins, I smell dirty clothes. They didn't get washed!

It's clean while kept, the employees are wonderful, at both locations. But what irritates me and i'm not terribly happy about because I was never told. If I put money on my card at the loveland location It only works at that location... It's kind of stupid. And doesn't make a lot of sense. If you are a business like the laundry basket, you would think all of your locations would accept your card regardless where the $ was put on.
