“Spring Creek Laundry has new machines. It is clean, well lit, safe, and is staffed with people who are helpful. I appreciate the spaces for sorting and folding clothes.A few days ago, someone left a small wrapped piece of chocolate in a pocket. The candy wedged out of sight in the back of a dryer. I was the next person to use the machine. The chocolate melted, leaving several spots on my clothes. The owner immediately answered my phone call. She promptly sent someone to clean the chocolate out of the machine and provided me with stain remover and coins to re-wash and dry my clothes. I am highly impressed with the professional way the owner handled this issue, and I will definitely be back with my laundry in the future.“

“I've been to this laundromat almost weekly for the past couple of years. I really like this laundromat as it is always clean even when they are super busy. All of the workers are incredibly polite and helpful. The owner is really laid-back and Incredibly generous. I had put my clothes in a dryer and was trying to pay that there was something weird with the payment system and when I went to ask for help he gave me a half an hour of free dry time just for the frustrations. They really do try to do everything in their ability to make things right if the customer is not satisfied.“
