Tyler is so good. We drove in from about 10 hours away and I had a massive knot in my shoulder. We got in on Saturday evening so there was no way I got get help. I did a quick google search on Sunday morning and by the powers that be Hands Down was open and Tyler had an appointment.
I’m not gonna lie I thought for sure it would a tourist trap massage that wouldn’t help. Boy was I wrong. Tyler focused on my shoulders and back and brought me so much relief. He is one of the best masseuse I've had. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. I even asked Tyler to move to my city!
The best massage my husband and I have ever had! They were attentive, understanding, and very accommodating. We did more of a deep tissue massage and our muscles felt so much better after several days of hiking in the park. We will definitely return when we come back to Estes!

John and Annie at Today’s Nail are both exemplary stylists. John patiently applied many different polishes to my toes as I tried to decide the precise color I wanted, and despite the fact that the salon was quite busy they were both meticulous in shaping my nails and applying my polish perfectly. The salon is a very comfortable space to be in, and John and Annie could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend Today’s Nail for their expertise, adaptability and friendliness. It is a wonderful salon.
Molly did such a fantastic job styling my hair for my wedding, as well as four of my bridesmaids. I went into my trial unsure of if I even wanted a stylist for the wedding and was completely blown away! She was also very friendly and helped calm some of my pre-wedding nerves!

Westover Construction built our Estes Park home in 2006. The quality of workmanship and the service was extraordinary. When we recently had a dishwasher leak that affected a lower-level bedroom (ceiling and wall dry wall, carpet and pad) and a small area of cherry flooring in front of the appliance, we turned to Westover for the re-build work. Our exceptional experience with the initial build was far exceeded by this re-do. The project lead that Mark Westover tabbed was Will Erickson. Will is not only a skilled manager with an easy-going affable personality but he is willing to do whatever extra is necessary to do the job "right". My wife, Lucia, has nursed a holiday cactus, a jade plant and an exotic plumeria for years. Since we were going to be out of the house for three weeks (more later on why we were out for so long) or so due to the mitigation and re-build work, Will volunteered to tend the plants in our absence. Not only did they survive but they thrived.Now, the length of time we were banished: Although only a relatively small section of the cherry flooring was water damaged, the flooring sub, Ken Smith of NewStep Flooring, opined that it was necessary to re-finish the entire cherry flooring to ensure that the new finish did not clash with the original. Our insurance adjuster agreed so Ken re-finished the entire 1967 sq' of cherry flooring on our main level. Like the rest of the workmanship on this project, Ken is a true craftsman. The floors have never looked as good as they do now. He even removed some imperfections from the original sanding. I rarely give reviews but for Westover, Will Erickson, Ken Smith and all of the others who worked on this project- Well Done!

This is long overdue, should have posted it a year ago because it"s well deserved, I tore my ACL descending Longs Peak in 2022, got x-rays and had surgery scheduled but the week before the surgery decided to have a consultation with a young guy named Rob that I met randomly the year before and who had just opened Alpinestrong, I remember thinking that if I ever needed PT I would see that guy because of his enthusiasm for the outdoors and wanting help people physically to enjoy it. Rob actually remembered our short conversation, He looked at my x-rays, read the surgeons notes then tested and examined my knee. His conclusion was that I was a great candidate for just PT and no surgery, pretty much the opposite of the surgeon. I was won over not only by Robs confidence but the cutting edge data and science.that he backed it up with. Short story long, At 60 years old the knee is 110%, biking and hiking with no issues or signs of arthritis. They helped me also get my core and balance tuned up as a future preventative. All in all it was an injury gone well with a lot of thanks to Rob. Bottom line, if you need physical therapy go there, they'll get you back to whatever it is you like to do and probably better. Cole and James were awesome to work with and the results are great. We had a challenging multi-zone ductless mini-split HVAC job and they did a great job. The fit and finish are professional and clean. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner. We installed a multi-zone Mitsubishi system that is super quiet and efficient. Our home's upper floor gets hot on summer days and that won't be an issue any more.Cole also guarantees his work. It's great to have such a great company and professionals working here and serving Estes Park.

We stopped in while on vacation, at the start of our vacation to make sure there was availability. Evan was super nice and helpful. We told him what we wanted. Mine was simple just words my wife had a more involved design. We scheduled and appointment on our last day, we had a hot tub and didn't want to lose anytime in that because of new tattoos. We spent about 3 hours or so with Evan super cool and chill guy. This was my first tattoo but not my wife's. He explained everything as he went and made sure I was happy with the design. Did a great job explaining aftercare. He did a wonderful job on my wife's tattoo. I know tattoo places especially in tourist areas can have a bad rep but not this place. Evan was super busy but made great connection with each person. We had gotten there a bit before our appointment and there was a group getting small tattoos. The vibe of this place is awesome. Definitely recommend this place. I am already working on my next tattoo to be done here.

The team at Dr. Rauk’s office are professional and friendly. Dr. Rauk is very thorough, kind, gentle, and explains the procedures well. The office is up to date and they were able to take an MRI of my bothersome tooth and Dr. Rauk did a root canal in the office - no need to go down valley for the procedure!

We were on vacation in Estes for several days when my senior dog had a major anxiety attack due to being in a strange place. He howled for 10 hours straight overnight, and we slept in the car to avoid disturbing the rest of our group. He needed help fast. And there was no animal ER in so I dropped into AMCEP before they opened on a Wednesday am. With no appointment, I was ushered into an exam room and the two of us were seen by Dr. Fish. He was in early that morning and seemed happy to help. I was quite surprised by the kindness and concern his team gave us and happy to know what drugs to give the pup to calm him down so we could continue on our trip. Thank you folks for everything.

We recently had a great experience with these guys, to the extent having a sewage back-up can be considered a great experience. I contacted Jim Bird late one evening to report a sewage back-up, and by 10 am the following morning he had a crew on site -- Clayton and Drew -- who were terrific. Despite having no SCO accessible outside, they managed to run a snake through our internal connection to our outdoor line and cleaned the pipe out. They than ran a camera through our outdoor line to determine where our SCO was (it was buried), and we are making plans for Estes Park Plumbers to re-install this in a more accessible space for hopefully NOT the next sewage back-up. Pleasant folks to deal with and I thought the price -- albeit not inexpensive -- was not unreasonable. Definitely recommend Estes Park Plumbers!
I received the 2-hour detox wrap. The massage was consistent with pressure with various modalities such as: deep tissue, stone, heat, etc. The mask was a great finishing touch. I will be back!

Was in estes for 3 days with my family. My brakes went out the first day here. Amina got me in within 3 hours of calling and had me out the door in less than 3 hrs for a very reasonable price. If you need service while here I’d definitely give them a call.
