MV replaced my furnace ; my old unit was a 29 year old HE/Condensing. Replaced with another HE/Condensing furnace. The work was much more than I anticipated (technically and labor). I couldn't have asked for two better installation technicians; Fernando and Franco. A polished team working in unison. Chad visited the installation some also.
Came home from vacation and the furnace was blowing cold air. 20° outside. Called Mountain Valley and the tech arrived within an hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Excellent service!!
Quick, prompt service. Our furnace quit, (big problem in the winter at our elevation). Arrived when they said they would, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Repaired in a timely manner. They suggested a new furnace but not a hard upsale. Very fair charge for services. Would recommend.
