We’ve loved our 7-year-old Dyson and were bummed when it stopped working. More Than Vacuums diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad motor bearing), cleaned and deodorized the unit, replaced the battery and filter (both badly worn), and got it running like new again. Fingers crossed we don’t need another vacuum repair for several more years but, if something does happen, we’ll definitely be back.
This location used to be All Ray's vacuums. It was an amazing business then. Since All Ray's has been bought out by Vacuums and more it it the worst place to go to. Had to get the vacuum I bought there fixed. It quit working after being serviced just a year ago. After I pick up my vacuum I will not be going back here. I will be giving Anderson Vacuums my buisness from now on.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because my sewing machine was fixed. Finally. Will never go back though.
I brought my sewing machine in and requested that they look at it ASAP so I could get a project finished before I left town (to visit the person I was working on the project for). I didn't get a single email that they had even looked at it, much less started on work, for 3 weeks, long after I left and returned. When I finally got a call that it was ready, I went to pick it up, but for some reason it had been moved to the other location.
