“Our house needed a new roof because ours was 15 yrs old and shingles were flying off every winter from the wind. We were tied of replacing them and went on the hunt for a roofer. Beyond Roofing LLC had good reviews and we had them and two others come out and bid. Dan, the owner was able to come out and give us a quote the same day. He offered a comparable price for the same materials as the other two. He was on top of communicating with us and letting us know where we were at in our process and what to expect. Our HOA took a while to approve us, but things happen at the right time for the right reason.I got up on the roof this morning and it looks great! No complaints here. The crew cleaned up as well and were super fast. They had it off and reshingled in one day. The whole team is pretty amazing ? Thank you!<br><br>P.S. “Sunny Roofing was a huge asset in dealing with hail damage requiring a new roof. Their interaction with our insurance company was quick and complete. They helped with a full review of shingle types and colors. They handled the communication with the country on the permitting perfectly. The six person work crew completed the steep two story job in a day and a half. In particular, the GM, Geno was exceptional every step of the way. The owner, Sonny was a complete professional too. David was able to quote us very quickly, quite reasonable and found a color that matched our new fascae stain. He even suggested the downspouts were in good condition after our reroof and most would not need replacing. “Great customer service! Noah Morton was a project manager and saw the project through until the end. There were a couple moments when he was difficult to reach, but he came through in the end to get everything in place. Even getting our homeowners claim successfully paid! We had an issue with the company delivering the roofing materials - they pulled into our concrete driveway and caused splitting and cracking. They covered the damage and we are getting the pad replaced next week. So a bit frustrating in some areas, but it is a big project. Lots of coordinating and a huge undertaking replacing the roof. Would definitely recommend this company! Just note that they outsource all their work to third parties, so it is not actually them doing the roof repairs. But the folks who did come were professional and did a very thorough job cleaning up.“
