“I met with over 9 roofing contractors before I decided to go with R4. I worked exclusively with Brady who managed our project and did an excellent job. He was thorough, communicative, and fast. By far the smoothest process compared to the other 8 roofers I met with. I was also impressed with the amount of manufacturer’s R4 utilized. It seems other contractors are usually married to just 1 shingle brand, whereas R4 uses several which created more options and flexibility when some brands were back ordered last year. R4 also offered a superior warranty. If I ever have to replace a roof in a future house, R4 will be my only call.“

He informed me that my 9 year old roof was actually fine however there were some small items that should probably be addressed. Even though it was a small job and Sonners is very busy, Dave went out of his way to stop by and take care of everything. He sent me pictures of everything he did up there.
