“I took advantage of the new student promo and it's the best $22 I've invested in myself. I took two gentle yoga classes, one with Ann as the instructor and the other with Lania. Both were lovely. It was a wonderful way to ease back into exercise, move my body, and take some time for myself. It's clear that the studio itself has fostered a community with its instructors and regulars. I didn't feel intimidated and instead it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, nothing pretentious about it. I look forward to returning.“

“Very welcoming staff and students. I was brand new to yoga when I attended my first class. The other participants in the class all seemed to know each other but were incredibly helpful at getting me set up. The teacher, Nancy (who was filling in for the day) was excellent at explaining how to transition and set up for each pose. She provided hands on corrections (which I desperately needed) and encouragement. The class (yoga level 1) was manageable and definitely gave me a good stretch. Many props were provided to help achieve different poses. The studio itself is in a bright and airy classroom. There are options to join the class online live which I think is an excellent option. The instructor made sure to engage the online participants and help modify poses based on the equipment they had at their home. Will definitely return“
“I've seen SO many PTs and chiropractors for an overuse injury in my hip/low back and Jess is the absolute best. I'll never go to anyone else. She listens and asks questions and re-assesses if things aren't working or if something changes. Every other PT I've seen listens to what you have to say the first time, and then never alters their plan or recommendations, even if what you're doing isn't showing results. She also explains things in a way that is really easy to understand. I also love that she offers separate dry-needling sessions for a reduced rate, since sometimes you don't need a full PT session. I recommended her to a friend who has also seen dozens of different practitioners for chronic knee issues, and he agreed that he'd never go to anyone else. I would highly recommend her to anyone!“
