“If you're looking for window installation, then I highly recommend that you don't look past 303 Windows. We moved into a house with 30 year old windows, and knew they needed to be redone. We contacted three other companies, each of which spent at least two hours walking through the house, measuring everything, and inspecting every detail, only to sit us down afterward and present outrageously high quotes, with added pressure to buy right away, and offering discounts if we did x, y, or z.

After reading great reviews about 303 Windows, I decided to contact them. Honestly, the reviews undersold how great they are. Jay came out and completed the entire walkthrough in about 20 minutes. He immediately pointed out all the issues the other companies had mentioned, and then some. You can tell he truly knows windows. His quote was less than half of the national brand we had talked to, and much less than the other two companies. He even mentioned our problem windows, that no other company had bothered to note, because they were high living room windows, that couldn't be accessed without a ladder. He also mentioned that we could save some money by not having grids on the windows. None of the companies we spoke with even mentioned that. He didn't try to push us into signing that day or up sell, or anything that made us feel like we had to buy right away. Jay was very patient with all of our questions and made us feel heard. He said no job was too small for them, and we could do a few windows at a time. Given how great his quote was, we decided to get everything done at once.

Jay's sons and crew handled the window installations, and they were fantastic. They finished almost 30 windows in two days. They also fixed some of our broken window sills, window trims that had rotted over time, and repainted everything. They were very considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. Jake and Max were especially great. They were friendly, professional, and clear about the few minor issues that came up, while patiently answering all of our questions. I've recommended 303 Windows to our realtor, neighbors, and will 100% be using them in the future if we ever have any window issues.

“This was such a wonderful experience. I found window purchasing to be way more stressful mainly because I got many quotes from multiple large vendors and they were insane. Not only that, but the sales people were pushy and would not assist in helping with information that I would ask about. Gravinas was the opposite. “I will never order windows or doors any other way. Zen has figured out how to make a painful, time consuming and annoying process easy and painless.
I had estimates from five of the most well known window replacement companies in Colorado. All local companies who are running their business like it is still the 1980s.

They claim the estimate will not take two hours, but it is close. They all did the same thing. Set up a time to visit for an estimate. Come and take initial measurements, spend forever filling out their form, discuss the process (which would require another visit for measurements), sell me on the window brand and how good they are, etc.
Each of the visits were nice guys but the prices were all over the place. Thousands of dollars difference for the same job.

I found Zen online, provided my measurements and they had an estimate to me almost the same day, for a much more reasonable price. When I confirmed I wanted to move forward, they scheduled a person to make precise measurements within one or two days and placed my order immediately.

The other main issues was the timing. No one could even come close to getting me my windows and door as fast as Zen. Zen estimated 4-5 weeks. Everyone else was 8-12 weeks!!
Well, sure enough, not only did the windows and door show up in that time frame, they were also installed.

The communication was great. Luke and Misty kept me informed the entire time, from order, to shipment, to installation. The installation team showed up, got to work, showed me how to operate the new windows and door and cleaned up when they were done.

Something else to keep in mind. All the other companies wanted a down payment. Zen took $0 until the job was complete. I felt we had nothing to lose.
Zen also sends a payment link. Everything is done online, safe and secure. Other companies could only do a paper contract and one only accepted a check. If I wanted to pay by credit card, there was a fee and they had to write down my credit card information to take back and run at the office. No thank you.
