I would check twice on the price for the parts they are telling you need to fix or replace and considered shopping around. I was in a pinch to get my swamp cooler working because of the heat but I was charged $185 for a part that was $35-$50 online. Was told that it was because of the supply chain issues and that is what their distributor was charging them.

This company’s customer service is TERRIBLE! Had a simple question for a knowledgable person, and nothing! Been told MULTIPLE times I would get a return phone call, and nada, zip, ziltch. This company installed my evap cooler, and any questions fell on deaf ears. Asked t talk to a manger multiple times, and she was never available! I found the part I needed on my own, ironically just down the street from them, got my new control box, and replaced myself! This company’s customer service is TERRIBLE! Would never recommend to anyone!!!

Mixed reviews for them. I feel their service guys are good, but I purchased a BreezAir EXV 155 evaporative cooler from them late April 2018. Worked great that first year. For winterization I followed the owner's manual guide for winterizing. Went out the next year late April to take the cover off and get it going. The solenoid for the water intake was busted. I called regarding that and was told that it was not covered under the warranty because you have to remove it each year, and I would have to buy a new one. I was told that it had froze and split casing. I told them that there was no mention by the installer nor in the owner's manual that you have to dismantle the cooler and remove the solenoid each year, which is definitely something that should be mentioned if that is required. I was basically told sorry but I will have to buy a new one. They did sell it to me at a cheaper cost, but still a bit annoyed that this information is not in the manual or even mentioned by the installer or anywhere else from the manufacturer website. About a month later, all the sudden the cooler would start up and run for about 5 mins maybe, then shut off. I would turn it completely off and then back on and it would run again for about 5 mins sometimes a little longer or a little less then shut off again. I called them about it and told them what was happening with it. They said they would send a tech out to look at it but there was a $129 service charge, and the soonest they could get someone out was a little over two weeks out. When the tech got here, he did not know what was wrong with it, he played around with it for about an hour or more with no success. He called several people, no one seemed to know why it was doing this. He said he would have to get with the manufacturer about it and then come back out. The next day he came back out and said that the manufacturer said that it was likely the main controller board going out, but gave him some way to manually reset it to try, but if it continued to happen the controller board would have to be replaced. The reset seemed to work for the remainder of the season so figured it was fixed. This year started it up, same thing started happening again. Called and told the company that this is exactly the same thing that happened last year. I mentioned that I was not sure why the controller board was just not replaced, even if it was "slightly" faulty it should have just been replaced since things are not just slightly faulty. If it faults once it is likely to fault again. After talking with them about the issue and what the tech said last year, I was told the earliest they could get out to look at it again would be two weeks. Again, I was informed I would be charged another $129 for a service call. I told them I shouldn't be paying for a service charge again for the same issue that was not fixed correctly they first time, but then basically told that they had to pay their techs. I told them that seems like since it was already identified last year as a faulty controller board (which should have been replaced last year) I shouldn't have to pay for yet another service call and wait again two weeks during the hotter months for someone to come out. So here I sit again after paying nearly $5k for this system, its been down nearly as much as its been up. So far I have had to buy a new solenoid because there was no information regarding that needing to be removed each winter, and now paying $129 twice for the same issue that wasn't fixed correctly last year. I feel their techs are good, but its beginning to feel like a worthless money sink on this system, and charge every time something breaks. One would think the manufacturer would be covering this expense to the company for faulty equipment. I have now had to have a tech "fix" it, only to have them have to come out again the next year and "fix" it again and wait 2 weeks plus for someone to show each time. Definitely CANNOT recommend this cooler to anyone,
