“I’ve passed by this place numerous times and I saw a sign that said that they do same-day single vision. I already had my prescription but was looking for a decent price for glasses. Well, the jokes on me because my lens popped out of my frame and I needed glasses ASAP so I saw the same day single vision. I went in here with my prescription on my lunch, it took less than 20 minutes to find a pair of glasses get them ordered, and they were ready literally the next day. The cost was the same as if I would’ve went to any other place. So it was definitely affordable, but what got me as the timeframe. All companies should be offering next day single vision. Why does it take seven days ?! The staff was so friendly when I called in the lady explained the process to me and when I went in It’s like they knew that I was on my lunch even without me telling them they were so attentive to me, answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place“

“Absolutely amazing! I got glasses in my home town in Wyoming. Nobody here is able to adjust and or adjust correctly. We were on a vacation trip in Colorado and we had to stop by Target to get a few things. While there we saw the optical. I went in and the gentleman that was there was very helpful and started to help me get my nose pieces changed out. He was having a little difficulty but he was amazing. He went and got the manager. She was fantastic she was able to fix my glasses and get them set to where they now sit currently and I'm not sick from wearing them. I will absolutely go back the next time we are down that way.“

“Optical Master, is an 10-10** !! This morning, I had a slight accident I sat on my glasses not even hard! It had nothing to do with the work and frames! I was assisted by Fabian who was extremely knowledgeable about the product and features. We sat down and took all options into consideration. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. “I love Dr Baird. I had a really nasty virus in one of my eyes a few years back and she was so kind to me. It was scarey but she gave me peace of mind knowing she was watching out for me. I’m her patient for life!“

“I wanted some nicer glasses and decided to try Urban Eyes on 29th. The glasses I had prior, didn't really fit my face well, in my opinion.
I was looking online a bit and thought the Cutler and Goss were very cool looking, but you never know until you try them on.
I noticed the difference immediately. Whereas the place I purchased my prior glasses from, the person helping me didn't seem to care what they looked like, just said "those are nice" for everything I tried on, the people at Urban Eyes were different.
