Antonio is phenomenal! He has a wealth of knowledge and skill from a wide variety massage techniques and philosophies. He was able to assess my body (you sleep on your left side and look up a lot. Both correct). I don’t like deep tissue work and told him up front. He got it just right: pushing the edge a little but responding to my body and words. My wife likes deep work and agrees with me that Antonio is a master.

I’ve seen multiple chiropractors here and they have all been great at identifying what is causing my back pain, providing treatment, and recommending how to best take care of myself after treatment!

I've been coming here for acupuncture with Shawn and chiro with Dr. Baird for at least a year now. I've been dealing with a back injury, and I have had such a wonderful experience working with them! Shawn is incredible - he listens carefully and treats with such attentiveness and care. I always feel comfortable being treated by him. I had never gotten acupuncture treatments done before, and Shawn's work has blown my mind - I swear he's a magician! Dr. Baird is so friendly and always helps my body feel amazing. Everyone at this practice is patient, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're dealing with a back injury / pain!
