She's clearly the master of her art. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and the final product was perfection. My hair looks absolutely beautiful! Additionally, everyone at the salon was friendly, kind and professional. In fact, I was the last appointment of the day and it happened to coincide with moving day for the salon (they are now just up the street in a bigger space). I wasn't bothered by the packing and moving at all, but the owner came over to apologize and offered to comp my services. This was completely unexpected, and to me, speaks volumes. “I’ve been coming to Devana for years, but this was my first time seeing Cierra. I let her know I was dealing with hair loss due to PCOS and that I wanted the stringy ends cut off / for my hair to look fuller (of course knowing she couldn’t actually make me have more hair). We had an in-depth consult and she gave me different options, and didn’t rush me to make a decision. She let me see a more modest cut first before taking the leap to her more “fun” idea if I decided to. I decided to go with the more layered, fringe-esque vision, because I thought it would make my hair look fuller all around while making the ends that are a bit thinner look intentional. And it did just that!! Cierra took her time and you can tell she cares a lot. I’m over the moon- today was my first day in a calendar year purposely wearing my hair down without embarrassment.
