This is a nice salon - the reception staff (John, I think) is very welcoming and helpful and the shampoo chairs are super comfortable. Plus it's an inclusive atmosphere - love that they ask for preferred pronouns (if you wish to provide them) on the new client form. Overall clean and inviting atmosphere.I've seen Cara twice now for color services and left very happy each visit. She's laid back, friendly, easy to talk to and takes time to learn about your hair goals. Left super happy today, loving my color after we tweaked the toner from the first visit! I've been getting my hair cut and colored by Bay for over 4 years and have recommended her to my family and close friends. Bay has helped restore my previously short and damaged hair to its now long, healthy, and strong state. She is especially good at guiding decisions that will be best for my long-term hair goals, even if I'm pushing otherwise, she is so good at gently keeping me on track and not doing anything damaging or impulsive. I really appreciate our relationship. Because of her, I've reached my long-term hair goals. She's the only hair stylist I'll go to!!

Rosann did an amazing job! The facial she provided was a very special treat. Rosann made it very relaxing and my skin felt amazing after she was done. I also learned a lot from her about skincare!
