“This is the second review that I have written. Both reviews have been 5 stars. I just needed to add that Kramer Cremation has been incredibly helpful. I researched and called various places to make sure I could take my mother's ashes out of the country. It all seemed to be OK, but I decided to check one more time. A wonderful staff member at Kramer suggested I go the consulate in person. I had already received emailed information from the consulate, but I was not confident all was in order. I did as the Kramer staff member suggested and found out all was not in order. I had to obtain more documents to receive proper clearance. If not for the amazing staff member, I would have encountered trouble. Thank you so much for saving our plans!“

“After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant, however a family friend said to give Ballard Family Mortuary a try. I am so happy we did. I can't speak for everyone but my family's experience was as good as it could be under the circumstances. My advice would be just to be clear about what you want and what you do not want. The entire process is pretty much up to the family in the wants etc. You can build your services one piece at a time or purchase a package. Also, Mr. Ballard was honest & realistic about what to expect. What more could we ask for? I say give this small business a try. They are not a Walmart or chain store, they are a small business and small businesses are the core of our community. Thank you to Mr. Ballard & his staff. Thank you. Simone“

“Very nice cemetery - took good care of my dad. Even some veterans showed up, voluntarily, to salute the hearst as it drove by with my dad's remains. Very kind funeral attendant and well maintained grounds.“
