Morgan is an amazing human being. Compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, great sense of humor...all of it. Made my decisions easy with clear explanations, etc. This Olinger office in Aurora makes these sometimes difficult decisions feel like you're speaking to a friend.
I was very pleased with Olinger's service and thoroughness in answering my concerns. Representative was quiet, not abrasive or curt. I really felt he educated me on what to expect and how the process would be handled. I highly recommend them.
