I would give 0 stars if I could. If you are talking with this company or currently working with them I suggest you stop immediately.

Drain Genius “fixed” our sewer line 16 months ago…we went to sell the home and had an inspection done. All of the work needed to be replaced based on the inspection. I spoke with Dwight over the phone and he said they had a 5 year warranty. But then he avoided all our phone calls, email and text messages.

Now a much more reputable company is doing fixing the issues and having to replace and repair even more damage due to Drain Genius’s lack of knowledge and professionalism. Their error is costing us $62,000.

Garbage disposal jammed up. Called to have a tech out to help and instead they saved me the money and trip by giving me instructions to try a couple easy fixes! It worked and my disposal is working again. Quick responses and an honest business. Much appreciated. Would recommend!

What a great local business! They where very professional on the phone and was very knowledgeable about my needs! I set up an appt. to get my my sewer serviced and scoped. They where able to make it the next day. The price was right and I couldn't be more happier. I plan on using drain genius as my go to. They also fix drains. I will be setting up another appt. To take care of these old pipes. Thank you for you help!
