He was very clear explaining what offers could best keep me in budget and very thorough and knowledgeable in his work, showing me what he was addressing as he went along. A Million Stars! I wouldn't use anyone else! Roberto and Kathy were so amazing to me and my grandfather, the compassion and kindness and empathy... Wow! This being over a 3 yr period before my GPA passed and even THEN, I was made to feel like family. They were there through the hard times and I couldn't express words how much I appreciate and love them! The work was excellent by the way also!

We called AOK to start on some needed routine maintenance. As part of their service plan, we had the plumbing inspected (including a PRV check) and a Navien tankless water heater flushed. Roberto was right on time and rang our door bell just as the service window opened. He was courteous and very respectful of our home (even removing his boots). He did a great job and was a joy to be around as he worked. He showed my husband and I everything that he was doing and even taught us some things along the way. We are going to request him every time! ? Very professional. Highly recommend.
