Can’t say enough good things about the team and the service from Altitude Comfort. Several of my neighbors hired Altitude when they needed furnace repair service, and they were all very happy.I used them last summer when I need to have my AC repaired, and I should have left a review back then. Had to call over Christmas for heating repair and I spoke with Rose in the office. She was amazing. Had me check some basic stuff to make sure it wasn’t something simple like a tripped breaker that would have saved us the cost of a technician. Justin was wonderful, he quickly assessed the problems with the swamp cooler & after a couple runs to Home Depot it is up & running. I am so thankful Altitude was able to work me in today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Altitude for service / repairs. Barbara Crowder

Was in a pinch as furnace was no working and it was cold out. Altitude was able to send some one quickly, other place I called was booking weeks out. Technician (in what appeared to be personal vehicle) quickly diagnosed issue, gas valve needed replacement. Quote was over $1000, again did not really have choice, so I feel I was taken advantage of, or their cost structure is extremely high. After job was complete I looked up price of part they used, most expensive place I found was around $100. So for 2 hrs of work and $100 part was charged over $1,000. I am well aware of mark up and covering overhead, but this seems excessive.
