“I have used Bob Rundo Tree Surgeon for 25 years to fertilize my trees, spray against a pine beetle infestation, and to prune my trees. Most recently, I used them for extensive tree trimming.I am writing this review to commend two deserving employees, Zac Burke and Jacob Gill. Before meeting Zac and Jacob, I was apprehensive that two careless workers would come, indiscriminately hack at my trees to trim them, and then leave a mess. I could not have been more wrong!Before doing any work, they took time to discuss the trimming work to be done—which I really appreciated!! Both men were articulate and spoke English—which I also appreciated!Zac and Jacob worked safely and carefully. They were careful in how they brought down branches. They were careful not to damage my nearby fence. They tiptoed around seven perennial flowers that were planted near the base of the tree. Not one plant was damaged.Zac and Jacob went above and beyond to get dead branches cleared out of my trees. They truly went the extra mile!! They noticed two diseased branches that I had not seen. One branch was so compromised that there was a twenty-inch gash where light showed through it. I was relieved that they spotted it and took it down.I was also impressed by their teamwork. They helped each other every step of the process. They had positive, cheerful attitudes and I never heard bad language or complaining. They were a great team!!At the end, I was also grateful how thoroughly they cleaned up the branches and debris. My yard looked tidy and the street area where they chipped the wood was swept clean.I cannot say enough good things about Zac and Jacob!! This company can be very proud of them!!
