Rampart Supply helped me locate a repair part for a Mansfield toilet. The builder notes on my home incorrectly identified my toilet. I called Rampart and spoke with Alex and sent him pictures of the part and of the information on the bottom of the lid. He helped me to get the part quickly and I was able to complete the repair. The parts area and the staff there are also very organized. I am not a plumber but I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Truly a great store and supply!

Looking for sinks for my basement refinish that I wasn't able to find at Home Depot or Lowe's and someone recommended Rampart to me. Now, I knew they did plumbing supplies, but I didn't realize that they had an entire show room of all things bathroom next-door. The way this works, in times of Covid, is you make an appointment and go into the show room to find what you like. There you will have a very helpful sales person go through your options with you. After you select what you want, you then go next-door to the warehouse where they give you your product. Now, in my particular case they did not have what I was looking for. They had a much more expensive option, so I passed, but the experience, and the helpful customer service, would bring me back in the future. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I'm not a professional plumber but I do know a good bit about simple home plumbing. I needed to put some piping back together on a jetted tub. Knowing that the temperature and air flow are more intense I wanted to ensure that I purchased the right adhesive. They were very helpful at trying to ensure that I had the best product for the job. I will certainly come back int the future.
