They got to me later than they anticipated but called to give and update. The guys were fast and friendly. Peggy who I talked to was very friendly. I appreciate how they handled everything. 100% will recommend.

They know York equipment. Did a great system checkup of both the Furnace and the Air Conditioner parts. Did a through check behind the panels and cleaned everything. Took measurements and verified everything met specifications. Outside cleaned the AC housing and verified coolant level was correct. Also discovered a part was not balanced, verified it was in warranty, and will install when it comes in. They leave you with a good feeling the system will perform just as manufacturer intended. They showed up on time to service my furnace and change my filter. Fair prices and very knowledgeable. I will be using Roger's in the future and plan on booking my air duct cleaning soon. Another company quoted me more than double the price that Roger's quoted. Excellent customer service.
