“Working with the Window Source was an amazing change of pace. I had some nearly 30 year old windows in my house and during one of our nasty hailstorms had a few damaged enough that insurance was willing to replace them. Getting estimates from all the big names was an absolute chore with essentially no one wanting to deal with insurance.
John arrived and it was apparent he was different - laid back, knowledgeable, ready to advocate with insurance, simplified pricing, I was sold very early on. I ended up ordering 20+ windows and a sliding door to do the entire house. Donna kept things moving in the background and while it took some time, install day arrived and Jesse and crew took an already positive experience and sealed the deal. The windows were installed extremely well, the guys were respectful of the house and took care to keep everything neat and tidy (in a perfect world the glass could have been cleaned of various residues a little better but that is a small, easily solved, issue). Overall - very happy with the experience and if you have a window project coming up have a chat with John and see for yourself.“

“Great company and service! Scott was quick and professional. We had a leak in our roof and Scott was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes. He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. Will definitely be reaching out to the company again when we need work done on the roof.“

“Windows are a hassle but not with these guys! All the guys down at Windows America made this entire process super easy. Brian and Hunter, the installers, were seriously the best. They came and knocked out all our windows in a single day. A few of the windows panes had the low-e film on the wrong side and some screens didn’t make it, the manufacturers fault, but Windows America ordered them and got us squared away. Can’t beat their prices either. We will be using them again and recommending to everyone!

I contracted them for a very large job of replacing my roof, my windows, painting the house, the garage doors, and some electrical plumbing work that had to be done inside. It was very large task and they oversaw and contracted out to all the groups that were necessary, when they were doing the roof, they found a load bearing truss that had been originally installed wrong, but had been sealed up by the original manufacturer of the home so that the damage wasn’t visibly apparent I am thrilled that they did that and I would never would’ve known if I had had that problem in the first place without them having told me. They are an absolutely excellent resource for large scale tasks like I had.“
