This year the Professional Assistant, Laura Brown, has taken over my care, and she is incredible! Laura is caring, kind, patient, and truly listens to my concerns. She has prescribed medications that have benefitted my health attending to refills as needed in a timely manner. Laura is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her practice. If necessary, she sends me to other specialists, keeping track of my progress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Center Point Family Medicine of Colorado Springs, and of course of Laura Brown. She has been wonderful and caring and has helped me when I was ill, prescribing what is best for medical my needs. We have Medicaid, and UCHealth is so horrible about patients with Medicaid, but Dr. Loerzel was really understanding and took us as a new patient which was amazing.
