Not sure why all the bad reviews but we have had nothing but great experiences with this facility. Coming from tri care doctors my whole like my kids doctor here is a fresh breath of air.

I've gone here twice and can't be seen and I have insurance. First time I was told I had to have an appointment. My daughter takes my grandsons here and no problem. I went today for urgent care and was told urgent care is closed this week. I think I'm being discriminated against because I'm white. My grandsons are Mexican. I'll never try here again.

Poor communication, unhelpful staff. My wife and I decided to change providers after using Mathews vu for a year because it is very difficult to obtain information or get a referral or really to get anything we needed. Long wait times in waiting room and rushed visits. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. There are plenty of other better providers in the area
