They explained their idea of the concept, gave me a cost estimate, and a few days later they did the install over a day and a half. I’m delighted with the finished product! “My experience with Alpine Contracting was the best experience I've had with home improvement. We purchased a home that was built in 1973 and had been converted into a great room by removing the walls between the living room and kitchen. The previous remodeler didn't do the best job of concealing the lines where the walls had been removed, and put in a popcorn ceiling into the kitchen that collected grime over the stove and was impossible to clean. Alpine remedied this situation by installing new drywall over the popcorn thus creating a smoothly flowing ceiling between both rooms. His staff was very congenial, professional, and took great care in protecting my kitchen cabinets and cleaned up before leaving at the end of each day. They cheerfully answered my questions and did any touch-ups I requested. Zach, the Project Manager, was always in contact any time I called, a virtue I truly appreciated. I will contact him again should I require any more remodeling.“

“Bruce was amazing. I was in a pickle when I heard I needed to get my water heater permitted and multiple things needed to be fixed. Called around plumbers all day on a Friday and got 4-5k dollar quotes. Bruce called me back at 6 on a Friday, calmed me down, was very personable and said he would be out in a week. He came out, quotes, did the work in a couple hours and was honest with price. He made a frustrating situation east and affordable for me. Thanks so much Bruce!!!“

“What makes this company different from so many other construction companies is the way the owner treats his employees. He truly cares. He gives generous bonuses, pto, health care to those in the office and the field. He truly believes if he treats his employees well they will treat him well. “I was here with a client. The home we seen was stunning. They had a lot of nice floor plans to choose from and we're more than willing to make modifications.“

“Our house flooded two days ago. The frost proof hose faucet somehow retained water, which froze and burst the water pipe inside the wall. There was standing water in the kitchen, master bedroom, and bedroom closet in about five minutes. It was under the walls, cabinets, and under the new flooring. We called Property Solutions at about 6:30 am. They were at the house by 7:00, assessing how far the water had traveled, stopping it before it could travel farther, extracting the standing water and (sadly) taking out the damaged flooring and cabinets. It was a hectic, stressful situation for us… They were calm, strategic and professional as they went about setting up dehumidifiers, drying fans and an air scrubber. Part of the drywall had to be cut away to access the broken pipe and to remove the wet insulation. They brought a trailer and hauled away all the wet flooring, underlayment and wet fiberglass. The huge mess was gone in just a few hours.  Drying equipment ran for a couple days. Tracy and Chelsey came out themselves to meet with the insurance adjuster, which was wonderful. They outlined the plan for rebuilding, and that’s what we’ll have them do. Can’t wait to have our house back. - Thank you Shannon, Anthony, Brian, Chelsey and Tracy!“

“Tristan and his team went above and beyond with our kitchen remodel. Tristan prevented us from making a huge mistake with our order and helped us select a beautiful quartzite. The installation time was weeks faster than any competitor in town. Zane and the rest of the install team were professional, timely and well organized. “We recently had Elkins Construction do a bar & shower installation in our basement plus built-in bookshelves in our office. They were on time, under budget, and very pleasant to work with. Steve handled all the subcontractors, permits, and inspections with ease, including in the middle of a lot of snowy conditions. “As my investigative research continues, I would like to review the company whose work iv seen done multiple times. This companies provides the best quality work in a timely fashion. The employees are very friendly and see to deliver everything they promise. All the other reviews I have read have been accurate it showing this is a quality company to choose for your next home project. As I take my investigation even further, I uncovered some interesting information I would not feel right about unless I warn the public of it. As i conducted my research on this company, I found that one of the interior designers in named Sherrie Gibson. Sherrie Gibson is a newer employee to the company previously employeed by Progressive Insurance out of Colorado Springs, CO. How do I know this? She was the representative who mishandled my case which put me in the hospital and still revovering from my injuries today. Progressive had givin her the chance to fix the mistake on my claim but instead she chose to send threatening texts and tried to change the story to save her job. Once Progressive was able to get there hands on some of my evidence, they poured all accountability onto her and seperated from the comapny. At this point, Progessive Insurance has denied all accountability for the way my claim was handled stating that it was all the representatives fault and threatening me with legal action if I was to release any evidence online. This is a great company but what this company doesn't know is they hired a dishonest criminal. In all efforts to help this company continue to be great and deliver the best product and service there consumers expect, this company needs to seperate from Sherrie Gibson. This is in no way the comapnies fault, due to Colorado laws, employers do not have to revel why employees were let go giving even the most unlawful employees a chance to work for any company without that company knowing who they truly are.“
