They told me it would be 3-5 days to get a part to repair my washer, they did not tell me it would take 10 days to get approval from the warranty company before they could even order the pat. now they are telling me it will be another 7-10 days before they receive the part. I have been without my washer for 3 weeks and they keep giving me the run around. the only reason I am working with them is because of the warranty. DO NOT use if you can avoid it. use someone who will give you prompt quick service. not a month of phone calls and nothing actually accomplished to fix your appliance.

David Gars has refused to give us an email saying why they kept a broken piece of appliance to turn into whirlpool for warranty. We have been dealing with this for 6 months and we can't even get a call back!!! Go any where but here!!

I had a broken oven and a tech came out; it worked for him so he did no diagnostics on it and a day later it wasn't working again. Then was told for a return visit it would take weeks. When here he noted some minor issues with stovetop as well, so ordered parts. It took three months to get them, only to have them arrive damaged so had to re order. Heard nothing from them for almost a year, only to just recently get a random text the parts came in. I called the CO Springs office to discuss, only to get a disconnected number reply today. Also had maddening issues with a warranty; I must have talked to 7+ reps and each time got a completely different explanation of warranty...read full review
