“Evelyn Pasillas treated my mother’s foot wound for many weeks. She did an amazing job managing my mother who has dementia and is very uncooperative. Evelyn saw her 3 times a week to redress the wound. As difficult as my mother is she really enjoyed Evelyn’s kindness, humor and professionalism. I cannot recommend Evelyn enough!“

Scheduling was the part that needs work for me. I called to make sure that someone would be there 12/26 for the post op a month before the scheduled the procedure. Tried to change it to Monday so we wouldn’t have to get up super early, live in Salida. No luck or return call from the nurse. Instead, less than a week prior we were moved to the Aurora campus at 900 am. The nurse took two weeks off at the Holidays at that point!!? Now we would have to leave our home at 500 am to go to the Aurora campus during rush hour, possibly modified for the holidays, but rush hour from maybe Bailey or Conifer to the hospital. We will again have to spend the night. More money and time lost from work. I asked for a later appointment with no luck. I will call the 26th to see if anyone has cancelled or moved. Also I was asked to move our January appointment due to physician not being in the office. Next day I was asked to move the appointment again. Scheduler was going to check with the Doctor. I spoke with him myself at the surgery and he said we can keep that appointment and to let them know he said so. Again, I currently work for a surgeons office and I am aware of how scheduling works. “Genesis wellness center is the best! Not only are they the greatest chiropractic place you can go to but they also have the best messages you can get. I am so excited because they are expanding and doing so much more for your well being. They are offering facials and wellness IV drips also. The staff is so happy and helpful. Most of them have shared that they also use Genesis for their personal needs. If you're looking for an all around wellness center, this is where you want to go!“

“Dr Morrison is the best!!! My husband and myself and our kids have been going to 20 mile urgent care for years now! Every single time we come the staff is always so friendly and gentle with my kids. Dr Morrison is extremely attentive and knows just what to do to help fix whatever is wrong! Our daughter recently had to get stitches in her lip and we were in and out and she didn't even shed a tear! I cannot thank Dr Morrison and everyone at 20 Mile enough!“

“Best urgent care by far! Very clean and efficient.
Great service from Dr. Groce, He was amazing from beginning to end. It is extremely rare (sadly) to find an actual doctor who cares and knows what he's doing. Nurses Lucas and Jennifer were also very helpful and nice. They definitely go above and beyond. Hopefully they get recognized for their good work.
I have heard good things about this place but I have now experienced it.
Triage personnel Marie/Maria did a good job taking vitals but still lacking that human compassion and communication skills, she really seemed in a rush (place was empty). Healthcare isn't for those who lack empathy. Triage people are the first encounter so show compassion. No patient is ever there for fun (I hope lol).“
