“Alright I guess it's my turn to get the requisite PCR test. Had to happen sooner or later. After a full day of a dry cough and headache, I decided to get the final say. Well this urgent care center front desk receptionist, nurse, and physician assistant is definitely the hardest working group of frontline healthcare workers you could ask for. The burnout is real but does not cut through the efficiency and courtesy of the folks here. My initial paperwork was processed quickly, and I was brought back after a long-ish one hour wait. There was a whole waiting room of folks in front of me though. The nurse and provider were quick to process my exam and sample. I left with all questions answered and a prescription in hand for the cough. Way to start 2022 but glad to get the help I needed.“

“Usually go to UCH but they’re always so busy. So, I went to Common Spirit urgent care got me taken care of very quickly. Everyone that I worked with was so professional but they also made sure I was comfortable too. They eased my worries until I’m able to get in w my PCP. Thank you Emily and Shawna!“
