Erin Lee...... one of the best coaches at Landow Performance.... dedicated, extremely knowledgeable.... works with professional athletes as well as people wishing to improve their health, fitness, range of motion. A thousand thank you’s for your work with Steve. Erin worked with Steve, an 84 year old, with limited balance, core strength and coached him so he could hike 11 miles in New Zealand, climb over 600 stairs on one hike, over 400 on another, stand in the ocean with waves crashing around him without Steve losing his balance. Erin, you allowed him to accomplish his desire to make Our New Zealand trip magical! I am so very grateful to know you.... a simple thank you is not enough to express my feelings but it must suffice. Anyone looking for a coach.... she is fantastic! Love you my dear friend! Karin

The atmosphere is safe/friendly.. The trainers are very attentive and professional.. When I visit the facility I always leave feeling accomplished and satisfied.
