Castle Rock Martial Arts (CRMA) was established in 2003 with the goal of providing families across Colorado the opportunity to experience high-level martial arts training together. The business has created a welcoming family environment and community where individuals can bond, regardless of their past experiences. CRMA offers training for students as young as 4 years old, laying a solid foundation that can impact the rest of their lives. The feedback received over the years has been remarkable, with families witnessing transformations in parents and children as they break through barriers and overcome obstacles. The dedicated coaches and instructors at CRMA are described as awesome, compassionate, and truly passionate about what they do. They treat each child as an individual, using their names during interactions to make the instruction more personal. Students learn physical and mental fortitude, self-confidence, respect for those around them, positive peer influence, and, of course, martial arts. CRMA also focuses on building a strong sense of community, promoting the feel of a "tribe" rather than just an extracurricular activity. The overall experience at CRMA has exceeded the expectations of many families, who have committed to the program and seen their children excel and become part of the CRMA family.

From Castle Rock Martial Arts

CRMA was established in 2003 in the pursuit of giving families the opportunity to experience high level of Martial Arts training together. Our goal was to create a welcoming family environment and community that could bond with one another, no matter what they have dealt with in the past. Over the years families from across Colorado have grown with us in that pursuit. We begin training students at 4 years old to begin to help lay a solid foundation that will impact the rest of their life! It is remarkable the feedback that we have received over the years about the transformations in Fathers, Mothers, Sons, and Daughters breaking through their barriers and overcoming obstacles!
