I'm a newbie to Aikido, and I can't say enough good things about this dojo. Everyone is so welcoming and kind! The Senseis and black belts actively seek me out to help me, and I get to watch and practice with incredibly talented people. This brings me so much joy that I go 3 times a week! Highly recommend.
Over 3 years ago I started training Iaido at Castle Rock Aikido, and the experience has been nothing short of rewarding. The Dojo is very welcoming, both Sensei I have worked with were very knowledgeable (and amazing teachers), and the curriculum has been challenging yet rewarding as well. I have had nothing but good experiences here and have seen myself and my Iaido change dramatically for the better with each class. I highly recommend this Dojo.
Attended a class on a trial basis and was as impressed with the students as I was the instructors. The dojo is expansive, giving everyone ample room to practice. Very welcoming, friendly, and safe environment. Class schedule is perfect for adults with regular work hours, who still want time to rest and transition from their day before classes start in the evening. I've never participated in any type of Martial Arts, so it is worth saying that I could easily see myself getting into it after one classes. Good people.
