I would also like to take the time to respond to a previous review put online by a James Dressler(I do not know this person) but I would like to address some things that he brought up.

Yes, our Master Instructor sometimes is hard to understand, which is why there is normally someone nearby to translate as needed.

I say "WE" because I have been managing the school for a long time and am normally the main translator for students and parents alike.

As to the comment that she is more concerned about cleaning than training... We do a lot of board breaking and do not want our students stepping on the splinters.
