They had to locate both pieces One was in Denver and then we found out the other one was 80 days out. With some persistent phone calls they were able to locate the other one down in Colorado Springs. Customer service is a big deal for me and they met that challenge. I would recommend these guys to anybody.“

“I've been using Wheeler's for several years now and will continue for many more. They are an independently owned company and it shows! I always feel like they have a personal intrest in my hvac issues and help me fix them quickly, without pressuring me into buying a new furnace or AC like the bigger companies do if there is even a small issue. The technicians are always polite, tidy, and willing to answer all my questions throughly. They have kept my late 90's Trane unit running smoothly when others told me to replace it several times. They will definitely give replacements as an option but also offer repairs as an alterative. The owner has even called me directly to help me resolve an issue over the phone without charging me. I have always felt like they have been honest with me.“
