They had to locate both pieces One was in Denver and then we found out the other one was 80 days out. With some persistent phone calls they were able to locate the other one down in Colorado Springs. “Just wanted to mention that Dillon and his brother were very nice. The company is honest and very upfront. We ended up buying a new condenser unit and was told not to spend the money from a luxury one. Their reasoning was great and saved us a butt ton of money. I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend. Also, please watch out for the A/c places that try to price gouge you. I had one company try to charge $200 for putting nitrogen in the system so they could solder the tubes. Hope this review helps someone. :)“
