They said they'd take a look - I had to leave home for a few hours, but they called me back and said they were done early and could take my tree down, gave me a very reasonable price, and by the time I got home the tree was gone and everything was cleaned up. The tree we were interested in trimming because we were worried about the position of it next to our house - actually didn't need any trimming. Rather than charge us he was honest and explained that it was safe and didn't want to charge us for something not needed. We learned a lot about the trees health and how to care for it going forward.
